The Gaman Run
एक सड़क, पूरा भारत
One road, all of India. You drive the DEVGAMAN Ambassador — luggage on the roof, marigold garland on the grille — down a highway that never ends, past autos and buses and painted lorries that are certain the road belongs to them. It is a small game we built for the fun of it, and every milestone stone you pick up is a real place we plan real journeys to.
Six regions, one after another — North, West, South, East, the Northeast, and the Islands. The sky and the ground change with each one, the horizon swaps from Himalayan ridge to fort to gopuram to lighthouse, and the traffic gets faster every time. Collect the stones, keep your three lives, and see how far down India you get.

It never starts on its own — not here, and not on the home page. If your system asks for reduced motion the game still plays, but with no screen shake, no flashing and no dust.

Three lanes, one Ambassador, and every lorry on the highway convinced it owns the road. Overtake what is in front of you, dodge what is coming at you, and pick up the milestone stones — each one is a place we actually plan trips to. Six regions, one after another, each faster than the last.

Nothing moves until you press play. The road band on the home page stays exactly as it was, and this game never starts on its own.
Arrow keys or A and D change lane. Arrow up boosts, arrow down eases off. Space or P pauses. Escape leaves the game. On a touch screen, swipe across the road or use the two lane buttons.
How to play

Pick a lane, then pick another
Three lanes on your side of the road. Arrow keys, or A and D, or a swipe across the canvas, or the two big buttons on a phone. The car leans as it crosses — that is 180 milliseconds you do not have.
Overtake, and watch what comes at you
Autos, buses and painted lorries are travelling your way and travelling slower. The Enfields, jeeps and lorries in the far carriageway are not, and they stray. A cow does what a cow does.
Collect the milestone stones
Every stone carries the name of a real destination — fifty points each, and the list of the ones you collected is waiting at the end with a link to each place.
Take the gifts
Chai gives a life back. Fuel makes you untouchable for two and a half seconds. A marigold garland doubles your points for six. All three are rarer than the stones.
Three lives, six regions
Every 1,200 km or forty-five seconds the road changes state: the sky and the ground cross-fade, the horizon swaps, and everything gets faster. Level seven is North India again, and it is not the same drive.
