How quickly will you reply?
A person in Jaipur reads every message. Between 09:00 and 20:00 IST you will usually hear back within a few hours, and always within one working day. If a day has passed with nothing from us, try another door — WhatsApp, Telegram or email — because it means the message never arrived.
How do payments work?
Nothing is charged on this website: there is no cart, no card field and no login anywhere on it. Once the route is agreed we send a written quote listing every inclusion, the schedule of payments and the bank or UPI details. You pay against that quote, never against a chat message.
Can you change one of the journeys on the site?
That is the normal case, not the exception. Every journey in the tours section is a starting shape: swap a fort for a village, add two nights in the hills, cut a driving day, begin in Delhi instead of Jaipur. Tell us what to move and we redraw the route and requote it.
Which languages do you work in?
We write and talk in English and Hindi. Guides in French, Spanish, German, Italian or Japanese can usually be arranged with notice — ask early, because the good ones are booked months ahead of the season.
Do you need my passport or card details in a message?
Never a card number, and never over chat. Passport details are needed only for train tickets, hotel check-in and inner-line permits, only after a trip is confirmed, and always by email.
